Over 11,000 are now expected at the County Ground, and after Tuesday night's results the game is even more important now.
Brighton beat Brostol Rovers, and Yeovil and Northampton both drew their games in hand.
Swindon are currently in 18th place with 49 points, just 3 points above Carlisle and Crewe who are both now in the relegation zone. Northampton also have 46 points, but also have a game in hand.
If Carlisle, and Crewe both lose on Saturday Swindon will be safe no matter what happens (unless both sides make up an 11 goal difference on the last game of the season)
If Swindon beat Bristol Rovers then they will be safe even if Carlisle and Crewe both win as well.
The good news is though that Carlisle play Cheltenham who also need to win to have any hope of staying up. Crewe are away to Stockport on Friday night so Swindon will know the result of that game before the Bristol Rovers kick off.
