Both players have signed three year deals to join Swindon from Celtic for a fee thought to be around £600,000.
Ferry spent much of last season on loan at Swindon, and has already played 42 games.
Caddis played 25 times for Celtic last season. Both players go into the sqaud to face Brighton at home on Saturday.
