Gurney left Swindon to join Swansea City at the end of August last year on a free transfer, and signed a three year deal.
Now he's returned to Swindon after falling out of favour at Swansea. He's rejoined Swindon on loan until the end of the year for now. Before leaving Gurney scored 22 goals in 132 games for Swindon.
He will be in the squad to face Yeovil on Saturday, and looks likely to be on the bench.
