Derby had been in contact with Swindon asking for him to be recalled as their were unhappy that he wasn't playing every game for Swindon, after he was dropped in last weekend's win over Oldham.

Andy King said: "I thought Derby were going to call back, but George Burley felt he would be better playing here than sitting on the bench at Derby. I want to keep Lee here so he may well be involed this weekend.

Meanwhile Holmes scored for the England Under 19's in their 1-1 draw with Belgium on Wednesday evening.
