HOLT TO ADDRESS TRUST AGM

Last updated : 05 February 2002 By Trust STFC
Trust spokesman Andy Ratcliffe said; 'Thursday's AGM is one of the first real
opportunities for trust members to exercise their voting powers, in that they
will be asked to cast votes to elect a board which will effectively run and
administer TrustSTFC' for the next 12 months.

'We are obviously delighted that Bob Holt has agreed to address our members
at the AGM and we hope that he'll be in a position to update us on how things
are progressing behind the scenes' said Ratcliffe.

'I think our last members meeting proved that club officials and directors
take the trust movement seriously, as we managed to persuade both Danny
Donnegan & Cliff Puffett to make an address to members on the same night -
which proved to be an interesting debate '

'Bob Holt is a director of the club and should therefore be in a position to
enlighten our members as to the state of play at the club since Donnegan &
Blatchley departed - which has to be a good thing'.

'The club has been nothing if not transparent since the trust was formed, and
we hope that Thursday's meeting will continue that theme.'

At the end of the evening, there will be an auction of
a dozen red roses, which will be presented by Danny Invincibile (subject to
AK's approval. TBC)
before the game against Reading on Thursday 14th
November. The ideal Valentines gift for any Swindon mad woman!
