Swindon had tried to sign Ifil before, but this was set back after Ifil signed a new contract at Watford, and started to play first team football with them, but now his found himself back in their reserve team.
If Ifil is able to join Swindon then it would be for a fee of around £70,000. The final deal still needs to be confirmed which should happen some time in the next week.
