Mills linked with Spurs Move

Mills who is only 16 was linked with a move to Everton earlier in the year, but turned it down to stay at Swindon.

Spurs have offered £150,000 for the defender, but this is less than Everton offered, so if Mills does decided to move to White Hart Lane than the final transfer fee is likely to be decided by a tribunal hearing.
