Swindon took an early lead after only 8 minutes when Simon Cox found the ball at his feet with only the 'keeper to beat and he scored to give Swindon a 1-0 lead.
Milwall could have had a penalty after that when the ball hit Jack Smith on his hand in the box, but it wasn't given, but it was more ball to hand anyway.
In the second half Phil Smith had to make a number of good saves to keep Swindon in the lead, but couldn't keep out the 10 yard shot by Simpson making it 1-1.
The game seemed to be heading towards another 1-1 draw for Swindon until the 80 minute when a Zaaboub corner was headed in by an unlikley source with Jerel Ifil getting his first and quite likley only goal of the season to put Swindon back in the lead at 2-1.
Right at the end Swindon wasted a corner by trying to keep the ball by the corner flag, but it nearly back fired when Millwall got the ball and took it down the other and was every nearly scored, but it was cleared away.
Overall a good win for Swindon who remain unbeaten away from home this season. The win moves them up to 6th place ahead of Tuesday evening's away trip to Swansea City.
