New Board

With the take over now complete the board will be made up of new Chairman Andrew Fitton, Jeremy Wray, James Wills, Russell Blackhouse, and new Chief Executive Nick Watkins.

Sir Martyn Arbib who is the other major investor won't be joining the board.
