He will join the board at the end of the season, and unlike some other members of the board he has a footballing background having also been on the board a QPR where he met Swindon vice chairman Mark Devlin.

He plans to invest over £1m in Swindon with money up front, and more money in the future which should have to secure Swindon's future.
