Mark Devlin told Swindon's official website "The contract clearly states that Tottenham would use their best endeavours and the spirit of the contract has always been that they would provide us with a loan player.

"We are disappointed with the length of time it is taking Spurs to narrow down a set of players that we could consider taking on loan"
