Proctor's loan move is going to be funded by the TrustSTFC red army fund, which over the past year has been raising money to fund new players.

Poctor has played for Sunderland in the past, but now plays for League One's bottom side Rotherham United where he has made 14 starts this season, scoring two goals. He signed for Rotherham in January 2004 scoring two goals in his first game for Rotherham in their 5-1 win over Reading.
