Quinn takes charge at Shrewsbury

Quinn was a player at Swindon during the 1980's and returned to manage Swindon in September 1998 after the sacking of Steve McMahon. Quinn played for Swindon again during his time as manager wearing the number 40 shirt which always was his age.

Quinn left Swindon in the summer of 2000 when Colin Todd took over after Swindon had been relegated to Division Two.

After leaving Swindon Quinn had been player-manager of conference side Northwich.
