The Red Army Fund is a supporter’s initiative from TrustSTFC in association with The Swindon Town Supporters Club. The Fund hopes to provide financial support that will be used directly for Players. "With Swindon Town having to be run on very strict financial basis, Andy King will not have the budget to bring in more players should the need arise.
The fund will be there to enable extra players to be brought in, say, on short term loans to help maintain the competitiveness of Team." Stated TrustSTFC Chairman Andy Ratcliffe. "The fund is a way both supporters and local businesses can directly effect what is happening on the pitch" added Ratcliffe. The Press Conference will start at 12:30pm.
