Swindon 1 Wimbledon 1

In the first half both sides had chances with Wimbledon having a goal which looked like it may have crossed the line cleared away in a goal mouth scramble.

Wimbledon took the lead shortly before half time, but within a couple of minutes of the second half restarting Swindon had scored again thanks to Sam Parkin who Andy King hopes to be able to sign on a year loan from Chelsea.

Eric Sabin also had a goal disallowed for offside, while Wimbledon came close with a long range shot hitting the bar in the second half. Overall a good game and if Swindon play like this all season they should be able to finish mid table.

Swindon are at home to Watford on Wednesday at the County Ground with a 7.45 kick office. Only the North Stand will be open for this game.
