Sky started filming a fly on the wall programme presented by Ron Atkinson back in January. He didn't last long as Iffy Onoura asked him to leave wthin a month as it was causing too many problems, and both Iffy and some players were unhappy with the cameras being at the club.

Paul Smith joined Swindon from Gillingham, who he played against in his first game for Swindon. There was crowd trouble at this game which was the first meeting of the two sides for nearly 20 years.

Andy Gurney rejoined Swindon from Swansea City, and Aaron Brown also signed for the club, as did Lee Peacock joining from Sheffield Wednesday.

Meanwhile Rory Fallon left the club for Swansea City in a deal thought to be worth about £300,000.

Christian Roberts returned to the club after a few weeks away while being treated for alcohol problems.

During February Swindon suffered their worst defeat for over 10 years when they were thrashed 7-1 by Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

March was a fairly quiet month, although Swindon did sign Chris McPhee on loan from Brighton with TrustSTFC paying his wages.
