Robins to check on duo
Swindon are waiting on the fitness of two players ahead of the New Year's Day clash with Crawley.
Grant Hall twisted his ankle in the 1-1 draw with Bradford while former Blackburn defender Jay McEveley twisted his knee and Mark Cooper will wait for updates on both before the County Ground clash.
Meanwhile Nile Ranger looks set to miss out again having been left out of the matchday squad at Valley Parade following his failure to turn up for training on Friday.
Troy Archibald-Henville and Tijane Reis are edging closer to returning to action but this match looks to have come too soon for the pair.
Dannie Bulman and Billy Clarke are Crawley's only absentees.
Veteran midfielder Bulman could be out for up to six weeks after he suffered a fractured cheekbone against MK Dons on Boxing Day and striker Clarke is still suspended following his red card in the same match.
But boss John Gregory has no new injury worries following Sunday's 1-0 win over Notts County and was able to welcome back skipper Josh Simpson as a late substitute after a month out with hamstring trouble.
Simpson, James Hurst and Gary Alexander are pushing for starts should Gregory opt to make changes.
