Swindon V Stevenage at County Ground - Match Preview

Williams in Swindon frame

Andy Williams looks set to lead the line for Swindon against Stevenage after the forward ended a 12-game goal drought against Torquay.

The former Yeovil forward struck the winning goal from close range, his first strike since March 9, to set up a Capital One Cup Round 2 tie with QPR later this month.

Striker Miles Storey is also pushing for a start after an impressive 45 minutes in the 1-0 win while Luke Rooney will not be involvedafter moving to Crawley on loan.

Massimo Luongo and Jay McEveley are also pushing for places in the starting line-up along with the likes of Nathan Thompson as the Robins look for their first points of the season.

Peter Hartley could make his Stevenage debut.

The defender joined Boro from Hartlepool for an undisclosed five-figure fee on Wednesday and goes straight into the squad to face the Robins.

Manager Graham Westley may be reluctant to make too many changes to the side that beat Ipswich in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday.

Winger Filipe Morais should retain his place after making a goalscoring return to the starting XI against the Tractor Boys.
