On the pitch it was a very good month with Swindon winning all there games, but they only played 3 times beating Rushden 4-2 at home, then Stockport 4-2 away, and then a 2-0 home win over Chesterfield. Swindon's final game of the month should have been away to Port Vale, but this was called off an hour before kick off. The replay was the game seen by many as they match that got Swindon into the play off's as they came from 3-0 down to get a 3-3 draw.
Steve Robinson was injured this month, and was out of the rest of the season. Sean O'Hanlon joined on a free transfer from Everton, having joined Swindon on loan in January 2004. He has now go on to become Swindon's captain.
Leigh Mills was being linked with a move to Everton as part of the O'Hanlon deal, but it turned it down, he has since joined Spurs as part of the deal with has seen Jamie Slabber join Swindon on loan.
On 15th February 2004 Swindon were sitting 4th in the table on 51 points after 31 games, and fans were being reminded to keep their ticket stubs. This year Swindon have played one more game, and are on 48 points.
