Brighton won the area quarter final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy 2-0 with a penalty from Forster in the first half, and on 75 minutes a goal from David Livermore.

Brighton will now go on to face Shrewsbury in the semi finals, and leave Swindon out of every cup competition by November for another season.
