Swindon had an early chance to take to lead with Danny Invincibile's cross rolling arcoss the goal line, but Alan Young was unable to score from close range.

Swindon fell behind after half an hour when Thomas Young crossed for Scully to score from close range.

Eric Sabin was fouled on the edge of the area, towards the corner flag, Paul McAreavey took the free kick but inside of crossing the ball into the box, passed to Gurney who was outside of the box to score from 25 yards.

Swindon took the lead on 83 minutes when Gurney took a free kick 30 yards out, for the ball to bounce of the wall into the path of Angus who kicked the ball into his own net.

The win leaves Sindon mid table in 14th, with 57 points.
