Swindon were wearing their black away shirts, and their red home shorts and socks as all their normal kits clashed with Doncaster's kit of red, white and black.

Doncaster took the lead on 39 minutes with a shot from Sean McDaid with a goal from the edge of the box.

Swindon started the second half looking the better side, but it didn't last long before Doncaster were awarded a penalty after an Aljofree foul. He was also shown a straight red card. Stock took the kick and sent Brezovan the wrong way.

Swindon came close late on, but it was too little too late as Doncaster finished the game with a 2-0 lead leaving Swindon in 15th place in League One.
