After a slow start Swindon took the lead shortly before half time when Ifil scored with a volley from the edge of the box. The ball has just rebounded to him after hitting the bar.

Chances in the second half were limited for both sides, but Hereford did hit the post.

Hudson-Odoi then scored for Hereford after Swindon failed to clear the ball away on 68 minutes making the scores level at 1-1.

Swindon had plenty of the ball, but couldn't turn them into chances in front of goal. A draw was a fair result, although Swindon still looked the better of the two sides.
