Criag Farr played in goal for Swindon again, but he wasn't at fault for any of the goals, as they were all down to poor defending.
Oldham scored first on 27 minutes and then doubled their lead four minutes later with close range shots.
In the second half Sam Parkin had a chance to put Swindon back in the game, but he could only hit the bar.
Then as the rain started to fall with 10 minutes to go Oldham added a third goal where Swindon looked to have cleared to ball away after blocking an earlier effort only for Oldham to score from close range.
Oldham then added a fourth goal a few minutes later to put Oldham into the play off's and send Swindon home with their worst defeat of the season.
Overall a poor game by Swindon who never looked to be in it, but we didn't deserve to lose by as much as 4-0. Swindon's next game in the final game of the season at home to Luton on Saturday.
