The game was played in front of the Sky TV cameras, but still attracted a crowd of 8,753.

Danny ward came close for Swindon early on hitting the post from close range.

It was Exeter who scored first with a goal from the edge of the box on 41 minutes from James Dunne to give the Devon side the lead.

In the second half Swindon started to pile on the pressure, with Exeter constantly defending. It looked like it would only be a matter of time before Swindon scored.

Swindon had a wait a long time, but finally the equaliser arrived deep into injury time after an own goal by Matt Taylor to make it 1-1.

Overall a good game, which Swindon should have won. This after Tuesday nights results leaves Swindon in 5th place going into Saturday's home game against Walsall at the County Ground.
