The third of four home games produced the worst attandance of the season so far at only 4,828.

After some early chances by Swindon it was Huddersfield who opened the scoring on 19 minutes when Pawel Abbott scored from close range after some very poor Swinon defending.

Then on 33 minutes Huddersfield made it 2-0 after Jerel Ifil allowed the Chris Brandon to go through, and score from an angle after Evans was also slow of his line.

In the first half Swindon had played really badly, and when they were finally able to string a few passes together these were cheered by some of the Swindon crowd.

Ifil first clashed with a Huddersfield player knocking off the pitch into the adverts, but as the player was off the pitch play was able to carry on, but minutes later Ifil was sent off with a straight red card, when he appeared to head-butt a Huddersfield player, he has also just been booked.

With ten man Swindon seemed to be playing some better football, with Steve Robinson coming close to scoring.

Grant Smith came on as a 78th minute sub replacing David Duke. Smith looked the best player on the pitch for Swindon, as they pushed forward to try and get a goal back.

On 86 minutes Huddersfield were also reduced to ten men when Lee Fowler was sent off after a foul on Grant Smith.

After missing a good chance to score Grant Smith finally scored on 89 minutes with a close range shot.

Swindon pushed forward and looked like they could get a last minute equaliser, but Huddersfield held on to win 2-1.

Overal except for parts of the second half it was a poor game that Swindon didn't really look like they would win. Swindon's next game is also at home this Saturday when they play Doncaster Rovers.
