Swindon 1 Morecambe 0

Morecambe had a few chances in the first half and kept Phil Smith busy in the Swindon goal. Smith also had to make a good save to prevent Weston scoring an own goal, luckly it was given as a back pass and it was more of a deflection.

Swindon looked a bit better in the second half, but the game looked to be heading towards a 0-0 draw before in the 89th minute sub Lukas Jutkiewicz was fouled in the box, and the referee pointed to the spot. Christian Roberts took the kick and scored with his 6th goal in the past 5 games.

Overall is was an fairly average game which won't go down in history as and it was fairly uneventful. Morecambe were unluckly not to have scored and maybe should have won but in the end it was Swindon who ended up in the draw for the 3rd Round.
