After a 1-1 draw away from home this was the replay. It was the coldest night for football with the temperature down to -5C, the game was able to go ahead as the pitch had been covered.

Crawley took the lead on 16 minutes with a goal from Swindon, only for Jon-Paul McGovern to equalise two minutes later for Swindon.

Charlie Austin then put Swindon in the lead on 41 minutes before Swindon were reduced to ten men just before half time when Douglas was shown a straight red card.

Crawley bought the scores level at 2-2 on 69 minutes which took the game into extra time, and it looked to be heading for a penalty shoot out when Crawley got their winner with another goal from Smith making it 3-2 and dumping Swindon out of the FA Cup.
