Swindon's biggest gate for a few years (10,573) turned up to see Sheffield Wednesday take the lead after only five minutes when Lloyd Owusu scored from close range after Griemink lost control of the ball.
Swindon have chances early on, but after Sammy Igoe was fouled the players and fans all expected a Swindon free kick near the half way line, but it wasn't given allowing Lloyd Owusu to score an easy second goal after 20 minutes.
Swindon then found themselves been thrashed 3-0 after 25 minutes when Shefki Kuqi scored.
Swindon then started a come back, and could have at least got a draw, or maybe won the game. Swindon started their come back on 31 mins with a goal by Stefani Miglioranzi.
Swindon then made it 3-2 in the second half on 57 minutes when new signing Sammy Igoe's free kick crept in off the post.
Sheffield Wednesday had a fourth goal of the afternoon ruled out for offside.
Overall quite a good game, if only Swindon hasn't gone 3-0 down after 25 minutes they should have won the game as Swindon had a lot more of the ball. Swindon should do well this season, and a top half of the table place should again be in reach, and maybe even a play off place.
Swindon's next game is on Tuesday night when they play Southend United away in the Carling League Cup.
