This game had just about everything from plenty of goals, a penalty save, red card, and a man trying to climb the flood lights.

Swindon got off to the worse start when Yeoil scored after 26 seconds after a goal by Paolo Bastianini from close range after some poor Swindon defending.

Swindon equalised on 24 minutes when a cross from Whalley was put into the back of the net by Yeovil's Terry Skiverton for an own goal, although was just behind him ready to put the ball into the back of the net.

Andy Gurney came on off the bench playing his first game in a Swindon shirt for a year after rejoining from Swansea City on loan. He replaced the injured Sean O'Hanlon.

Both sides have more chances to score in the first half, but the score finished level at 1-1 going into the half time break. Seconds before half time Andy Gurney took one of his 30 yard free kicks which he's scored from plenty of times in the past, but this one struck the wall.

In the second half Swindon took the lead after 50 minutes with a 20 yard shot from Jack Smith hitting the bar, the linesman they put his flag up as Rory Fallon scored from the rebound to make sure it had crossed the line. The linesman looked like he had given the goal to Jack Smith's first effort, but Fallon has claimed the goal as his.

A Swindon fan then appeared on the roof of the Town End appearing from the corner of the North Stand, he ran along the roof, before sitting and watching the game from the middle of the Town End. Later on his decided to climb up one of the flood lights he a move which was lucky not to have had the game abandoned. In the end he climbed back down and onto the roof of the Town End before disappearing.

On 66 minutes Swindon went 3-1 up with a powerful volley from inside the area by Manchester United's Colin Heath who is on loan. This was Heath's first ever goal in league football.

On 74 minutes a Gurney foul in the box resulted in a penalty been given to Yeovil. Tom Heaton in the Swindon goal dived to his left and saved the shot. Heaton had already made a number of good saves throughout the game and looks like he will go on to become a top 'keeper in the future.

Yeovil were reduced to ten men on 85 minutes when Sodje clashed with Fallon off the ball. Sodje was then shown the red card.

Only a minute after the sending off Yeovil were back in the game when they scored again to make it 3-2 with a header by Terry Skiverton who scored the own goal in the first half.

Yeovil took they they would go on to get an equaliser until at the end of normal play Christian Roberts broke away and with only the 'keeper to beat rounded him, and scored into the empty net to make it 4-2 to Swindon.

Overall a very good game which now means Swindon have gone three league games in a row without defeat going into Monday's game away to Tranmere Rovers. This game could have gone either way with both sides having a number of chances throughout the game.
