Torquay started the game with two ex Swindon players in their team playing both Craig Taylor and Jo Kuffour who played for Swindon on loan from Arsenal in 2001.

Swindon came close to getting an early goal, when a mix up in the Torquay defence allowed Craig Taylor's to nearly put the ball in the back of his own net after getting the ball off Lee Holmes, but it was put out for a corner.

Both Lee Holmes, and Sam Parkin came close to scoring after 11 minutes, but both had their shots blocked.

Torquay took the lead after 25 minutes when from a corner Leon Constantine was able to score from close range after some poor Swindon defending.

Sam Parkin equalised for Swindon on 36 minutes with his 18th goal of the season from close range after a goal mouth scramble which looked to have been blocked before the ball rolled across the line.

On 58 minutes Sam Parkin gave Swindon the lead when he scored his 19th goal of the season so far. Igoe passed the ball to Parkin who scored from 10 yards out.

Torquay had hit the bar twice in the second half already with free kicks from the egde of the area which beat Evans, but didn't beat the goal posts.

Ex Swindon player Jo Kuffour equalised for Torquay on 68 minutes with a 20 yard shot beating Evans after Kuffour had been left upmarked.

Swindon tried to get a third goal but in the end both sides had to settle for a point, which overall was a fair result, as both sides had plenty of chances. Earlier in the season at the County Ground both sides had played out a 3-3 draw.

Swindon's next game is at home to Port Vale on Wednesday night as their hope to extend their 4 game unbeaten run.
