On the pitch it was a mixed month starting badly, but getting better with a 3-0 home defeat over Bournemouth, then a 3-1 away defeat against Luton. Swindon then beat Wrexham 4-2 with Sam Parkin getting a hat trick, and 3 of Swindon's goals being scored in the final 15 minutes. On good Friday Swindon had a 1-1 draw for their first ever visit to Milton Keynes. Swindon nearly won with Grant Smith having a 90th minute penalty saved.

Andy King was awarded the manger of the month award for February and Sam Parkin was given the player on the month award for League One.

Andy Nicholas starting training for Chester City, so he was closer to his Liverpool home, but he sooned returned and started playing for Swindon again.

Swindon's local derby with Bristol City was moved back to April as Bristol had 3 players on international duty.

Rory Fallon returned from his 2 month loan spell at Yeovil Town, and wasn't allowed out on a second loan at Bristol Rovers.

Ray Harford who was at Swindon helping Andy King out was being linked with the manager's job at Watford, but he ended up joining Rotherham United instead.
