November 2005 was a mixed month on the pitch starting with a 2-2 FA Cup home draw with Boston, then beating local rivals Bristol City 2-1 live on TV, before being thrashed 4-1 in the FA Cup replay at Boston where Swindon's keeper was sent off, and the new 'keeper Matt Bulman saved a penalty with his first touch, but this wasn't enough to prevent Swindon being 4-0 down at half time.

Other results that month included a 1-1 away draw at Port Vale, then losing 2-1 against Peterborough in the LDV Vans Trophy, before being thrashed 3-0 at home to Barnsley.

Aaron Brown joined the club on loan from QPR, and went on to sign a longer term deal, and is still with the club today.

Swindon were also been linked with moving away from the town in their hunt for a new stadium with locations like Bath and Newbury mentioned, but a year on that all seems to have been forgot about, and Swindon remain at the County Ground.
